康樂及文化事務署（康文署）發言人今日（2月28日）表示，政府將於第六輪「防疫抗疫基金」下，再次推出「向註冊體育教練提供一筆過補助金」計劃，計劃今日起接受申請，為每名合資格的註冊體育教練提供一筆過10,000元補助。 鑑於1月上旬2019冠狀病毒病疫情加劇，政府進一步收緊保持社交距離的措施，康文署的設施從1月7日起再次暫時關閉，以致大部分依賴康文署場地進行體育訓練的工作再次停止。補助金計劃旨在進一步為合資格註冊體育教練提供即時的財政紓困。 在2021年1月1日至2022年2月28日有從事教練工作的體育總會或認可體育機構註冊教練均符合申請資格。合資格的註冊體育教練可向康文署轄下的體育資助辦事處、透過郵遞方式或十八區康樂事務辦事處的投遞箱提交申請。截止申請日期為3月31日。體育資助辦事處在收到填妥的申請表格及相關文件後，將於三月起分批發放補助金。申請表格及申請指引可於今日起從康文署網頁（http://www.lcsd.gov.hk）下載。 煩請各道場代表通知轄下會員有關申請須知及截止申請日期。

為應對本港非常嚴峻的疫情，政府昨日（2月22日）公布將進一步收緊社交距離措施，並準備將有關措施維持至4月20日。政府今日（2月23日）將根據現行《預防及控制疾病條例》下的公共衞生緊急規例規定刊憲以每14天為一周期延續社交距離措施，下一周期的生效期間為2月24日至3月9日。 政府於2月21日公布「疫苗通行證」實施安排，要求進入或身處一系列處所（包括餐飲業務處所及所有受《預防及控制疾病（規定及指示）（業務及處所）規例》（第599F章）所規管的處所）的人士須至少接種一劑新冠疫苗，並於2月24日起實施。考慮到香港疫情非常嚴峻，每日新增個案持續高企，政府有必要在落實「疫苗通行證」外，進一步收緊社交距離措施，盡可能減低人員流動，管控社區傳播風險。 有關詳情，請瀏覽香港特別行政區政府憲報公告︰ https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/chi/social_distancing-faq.html

第六輪「防疫抗疫基金」下的「健身中心資助計劃」於2月22日開始接受申請。計劃旨在為《預防及控制疾病（規定及指示）（業務及處所）規例》（《規例》）（第599F章）下被指令在1月7日起關閉的健身中心提供一筆過資助，以紓緩現金流轉壓力和財政負擔。每所合資格的健身中心按其處所面積可獲以下津貼︰    處所面積  資助額  500平方米或以下  10萬元  500平方米以上  20萬元　    計劃截止申請日期為3月21日。曾獲第三輪或第四輪「防疫抗疫基金」「健身中心資助計劃」資助，並已提交第五輪「防疫抗疫基金」「健身中心資助計劃」的申請人於是次遞交申請時只須提交申請表格，而無須提交相關證明文件。至於面積超過500平方米的健身中心，則須於提交申請表格時一併附上健身中心面積證明文件的副本。    申請的審核工作會於申請期內同步展開，政府會因應申請人所提交的所有資料予以考慮。為免延誤審批，申請人須確保提交準確的資料。    民政事務局已委託中國香港體適能總會協助推行計劃。如對計劃及申請手續有疑問，可致電 2389 3538 或電郵至 This email address is being protected from spambots. Today(21 February 2022), Federation received a report from a staff member of the Secretariat office that he/she had a positive rapid test result for COVID-19. The staff member last worked at the Secretariat on 18 February 2022 (Friday). The Management Company of Olympic House Ltd. had carried out a comprehensive disinfection of the building on 19 February 2022 (Saturday) regarding the previous infection cases in the building. In order to protect the health and safety of all staff and members of the dojo, the Federation office will be temporary closed from now (21 February 2022) to 28 February 2022 (Monday). During the suspension period, comprehensive cleaning and disinfection will be carried out. After the disinfection is completed, the Federation office will reopen on 1 March, 2022 (Tuesday). 教育局昨日（2月14日）宣布，鑑於疫情仍然非常嚴峻，全港幼稚園、中小學將繼續暫停面授課堂及校內活動，至3月6日。教育局同時亦通告暫停面授課堂期間，學校原則上不應安排學生回校進行任何活動。所以原定比賽場地林大輝中學亦未能借出體育館場地，以作比賽之用。 考慮到疫情處於最嚴峻情況，無論從場地因素及安全風險等方面作出評估，現階段實在無法舉行空手道比賽。 根據執行委員會議決，現宣佈「2021-2022全港校際空手道大賽」取消舉行。秘書處將會協助各學校領隊、教練及參賽者，進行退款等後續安排。謹希望疫情盡快回穩，比賽場地可以重開，比賽可以復辦。
